Many people are mystified by “Word of Mouth” advertising. I think we all really know what it is, we just don’t call it that. We hear of how Watkins products are sold by word of mouth instead of the conventional method of heavy advertising and we think “how odd, wonder what that’s about?”. Let me share a story of how Word of Mouth advertising recently worked in my sphere of influence.

When my dad gets a Mac, how much will my sister get for her “Word of Mouth Advertising”? Ditto, nada. Now replace Mac with Watkins and you have a different story.
