Ingredients:
- 1-16 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/3 cup tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp Watkins Onion Flakes
- 1/4 tsp Watkins Garlic Granules
Directions:
In a medium skillet, combine all ingredients. Simmer on low-medium heat until beans start to break up. Mash with a fork adding additional tomato juice as needed to get desired consistency.
